We have gathered together a range of tools and approaches designed to support the re.volution programme categorised under four themes:

• renew mission;

• reconfigure business model;

• revise approach to money;

• leadership, culture and values – a crucially important cross cutting theme.

The tools and approaches highlighted are designed to be appropriate primarily though not exclusively for small and medium sized arts and cultural organisations.
